Squires Loft steakhouse combines the finest range of Australian
meat products with unique flavours and quality service to provide
an outstanding dining experience.

- OUR STEAKS -

All of our steaks are yielded from prime Australian pasture fed beef, cut to
our exacting specifications, then aged for 28 days at strictly controlled temperatures
to maximise tenderness, and enhance flavour. We use only the finest range
of Australian meat products from Top Cut Food Industries.

- OUR FLAVOURS -

Our skilled Grill Chefs cook your menu selections to order on custom built
char grills whilst our own range of chef-made bastes, marinades, sauces and
dressings are used to compliment your meal. A range of products are available
to take home to enhance the enjoyment of your next BBQ or dinner party.

Our service style is prompt and attentive. Our friendly wait staff aim
to satisfy every customer to the best of their abilities to ensure that your
dining experience with us is superior.

The wine list compliments the menu perfectly with an emphasis on high
quality Australian red wine. Our standard list offers a huge selection of wines
by the glass and bottle while our premium wines include reserve and museum
releases to please the most discerning palate.

- OUR HISTORY -

The first Squires Loft Steakhouse opened in 1992 in Church Street Brighton.
We relocated in 1995 to establish the Squires Loft South Yarra Steakhouse
at 166 Toorak Road South Yarra.
